Cheetahs

The cheetah is the world's fastest land mammal. They are Carnivores and are very vulnerabl. Most are expected to live 10 to 12 years, and grow to about 3.5 to 4.5 ft. If you are wondering how long their tails are, the answer is 25.5 to 31.5 in. They weigh not 160 lbs, not 100-220 lbs but 77- 143 lbs. Do they hunt at night? No, they hunt during the day.  Before they attempt to tackle and kill their prey they use their quite keen eyesight to look about the grassland environment for signs of prey. They especially love to hunt for antelopes and hares. and since thir spotted coat allows them to blend in with the tall grass they have a good chance to get that certain antelope or hare they have been waiting for.
